Eligibility
- Open to all UK residents over the age of 18 (except employees, agents and contractors of Marsh and McLennan Companies and subsidiaries) who do not have an existing policy.
- Valid for participating branches only.
- Referrer must have a current policy with Marsh Commercial.
Process
- The “friend” must contact us and provide the details of the referrer. We cannot accept referrals directly from the referrer.
- Once the “friend” becomes a client of Marsh Commercial by purchasing a policy or signing a service agreement, the referrer will be advised.
- A voucher limited to £25 will be given to the referrer and a voucher limited to £25 will be given to the “friend”, 30 days after the “friend’s” policy begins or from the date of a signed service agreement and after completion of any cooling off / cancellation period.
- Qualifying service agreements must be at least 12 months.
Exclusions and limitations
- Insurers, Intermediaries, underwriting agencies, Lloyds and their employees are excluded. It also excludes any Appointed Representatives, Introducer Appointed Representatives of Marsh Commercial, as well as any third party firms who wholesale through Marsh Commercial or have an agency agreement with Marsh Commercial through our Distribution department.
- Also excluded are any individuals or firms who have an agreement to introduce business to Marsh Commercial (Introducers) or are employed by a firm who have an agreement to introduce business.
- Personal lines policies are not included.
Our use of personal data
- Marsh Commercial will collect from the contractor you refer, your name and the name of your company for the purpose of establishing eligibility for the referral incentive offer.
