An ACII chartered broker, Joanne has been with Marsh Commercial for four years but has racked up an impressive 43 years in the insurance industry. During that time Joanne has amassed a wealth of experience including Education Secretary of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Cardiff. In her spare time, Joanne’s 12 grandchildren keep her equally busy. She also enjoys making homemade preserves, hand knitting and exploring the countryside of the Rhondda Valley.
