Su called today to discuss my renewal - in the middle of a very hectic first day back!! However, she has an exceptional telephone manner so I wanted to find the time to speak with her,  she was so engaging, clear, polite and her customer services skills way above anyone in this type of role.

I highly rate her and had no reservation in renewing - and upgrading my insurance as she recommended in a non persuasive manner!
