I received a call back from Samantha pertaining to a problem that I had with the portal. Less than 5 minutes later, everything was resolved. However, what really stood out was Samantha’s calm and friendly approach, taking the time to understand the issue, and logically move towards a solution. To say that she was excellent is an understatement.
