My circumstances were a little unusual, but Alison was amazing, she listened and understood perfectly and was able to go off and come back to me with the cover I needed at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent at all times. I had some queries before agreeing to proceed with the cover but again Alison was patient and explained everything clearly.
