Mental Health Awareness for Directors or Line Managers

In honour of World Mental Health Day this October, our colleagues in Marsh Advisory are offering FREE Mental Health Awareness training.

About the training

The four-hour training, normally delivered as a paid service, is designed to give you:

  • An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge the stigma attached to it.
  • A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues.
  • An introduction to looking after your own mental health.
  • Confidence to interact with someone in distress, or who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

How it works

  1. This training is recommended for directors, line managers, supervisors, or anyone who is managing employees.
  2. Spaces are limited to one person per company.
  3. Each session will be capped at 25 attendees.
