Course outline

A one day course aimed at Directors, and Senior Managers with the responsibility for health and safety management of people and processes within the workplace.

Course content

  • Initial diagnostic questionnaire on your health and safety leadership behaviours.
  • Personalised report based on your responses, including recommendations on actions to take and improvements to make.
  • Case study review - how things can go wrong, then ‘getting it right’, including a follow-on scenario based around putting improvements in place using Plan-Do-Check-Act HSMA and integration into business systems.
  • Assessment is completion of a personal commitment – a set of actions to take following the recommendations in your report and other learning.


IOSH Leading Safely is a well-recognised and highly regarded health and safety qualification. Upon successful completion of the course the individual will receive a certificate.

All delegates will be required to bring photographic proof of their Identity.
