The client service portal will give you 24/7 access to your policy documents as you continue to benefit from the advice and support you receive from your client advisers.

The client service portal will also enable us to be more environmentally friendly as we reduce the amount of printed policies and adopt a digital approach, uploading your policies into your secure client service area.

When can you access the portal?

The client service portal will go live this summer and over the next few weeks, we will send you an email inviting you to login to your secure area and activate your account.
