Free Financial Wellbeing Advice during COVID-19

As a result of Covid-19, many businesses are – understandably – focusing on the immediate business and health implications for their employees. During these unprecedented times, taking steps to prioritise financial wellbeing is crucial.

In light of this, our sister company Mercer are launching two fantastic webpages based around financial wellbeing, for both employers and employees. Over the coming weeks these will be continuously updated with more material, videos, and useful links to help you through this uncertain period.

All of the information provided is completely free of charge, and the pages already hold a wealth of hints, tips, and resources to assist you and your employees.

Our Employers website – “Financial Wellbeing in uncertain times – Employer Resource Site”

Our employer website can be accessed via the link below and provides practical ways to support your people to maintain their financial wellbeing as best they can in what will be challenging times for many.

We will regularly update the site on current and emerging practices and will include external factors such as changing Government and financial institution support and assistance measures that might impact or be of benefit to your employees.

Our Employees website - “Financial Wellbeing in uncertain times”

The Financial Wellbeing Employee website will be where we host all employee-facing materials. Employees are free to view, download content and are encouraged to share with their families and friends.

The first content for employees is our video “Making the most of your money during uncertain times”. This is supplemented by a practical employee guide “A guide to your money in the time of Coronavirus” covering the short-term steps individuals can take to support their financial future.
