Rolling out on 4 September, you’ll be able to make credit or debit card payments via a secure email link or through our Client Service Portal.
We’re continually working to protect you, with this is mind, this new enhanced process will further protect you against fraud, theft and misuse.
How does it work?
Starting Monday 4 September, making credit/debit card payments will be simpler and safer than ever before. When you choose to pay by over the phone by credit/debit card, our new system will generate a secure payment link and deliver it directly to your email inbox. By following the link, you can conveniently make your payment by inputting your card details yourself. If you don’t have an email address, simply contact your usual client adviser and they’ll be able to help you.

From Monday 4 September, you can make debit/credit card payments over the phone using the secure link. All you need is an up-to-date contact email address.
You can visit our Client Service Portal. From there, you can update your contact email address, as well as your personal details. You’ll also have immediate access to view, complete or submit your policy details and documentation.
