Our Employee Benefits Graduate Academy Programme is a one year programme which combines business experience, mentoring, entrepreneurship, training and professional development.
Our training will make sure you have the personal, business and technical skills to begin an exciting career at Jelf. During your programme you'll work on real projects, with real clients and real bottom-line deliverables.

What to expect
As a member of the Employee Benefits Graduate Academy you will be given the recognition and support you need to help your career progress. At the end of your one year graduate programme, in consideration of your performance you will receive an offer of a permanent role. From day one you will be collaborating on projects and contributing to current business objectives within experienced teams.
We will give you the opportunity to progress and succeed, and in return we want you to make the most of it. That means taking personal responsibility for making a real and visible contribution to the company as well as to your own career.
Salary: Graduate salaries start at £23,500 and our benefits package is highly flexible so it can be tailored to fit your lifestyle and personal circumstances.
As well as a knowledge and understanding of our business you must:
- hold a minimum 2:1 at degree level
- be eligible to work and live permanently in the UK
- hold a full driver’s licence and independent access to a vehicle
- be flexible in your approach to travel

Since embarking on the Million Makers Challenge and receiving their seed funding, the Jelf graduates have started their fundraising efforts.
The most recent cohort of Jelf graduates have signed up to one of the excellent challenges set by the charity Princes Trust: The Million Makers Challenge.
