Yes. All of our team is now working remotely from home. We are here to support your insurance needs and offer specialist advice business as usual. How are insurers affected by COVID-19 and will my cover be affected?

All insurers have adopted a remote working model. We are working with insurers to minimise any disruption, please contact your Client Executive to discuss any aspect or potential issue with your coverage or renewals. Please refer to our other guidance, especially with regard to unoccupancy.

How will you get my documents to me?
A
We will be issuing electronic copies of documents via email and following up with a telephone call to discuss with you. Our team will be proactively engaging with you over email and telephone in the coming weeks to agree what is best for you.

I have several questions relating to my travel insurance policy/section, including if my holiday is cancelled because of COVID-19 does my insurance cover it?
A
A lot will depend on when your travel was booked and which insurance carrier you are with. We are constantly engaged with developments from both our carriers and the FCA. Please contact your Client Executive to discuss this further so we can discuss your individual circumstances.
