Why do you need a Fire Risk Assessment?
To meet current UK fire legislation, workplaces must ensure the safety of others by putting in place adequate fire safety measures. In order to do this, a “competent person” must undertake a fire risk assessment, which identifies potential hazards and the steps required to prevent fire.
