We have a consistent approach to customer service, meaning that clients receive the same high level of service whoever they speak to. As well as providing competitive personal lines products, we offer specialist insurance products which are managed by our expert team. We don’t operate as a standard call centre, which means we are able to offer a personalised service to our clients, despite not having a high street presence.

The Leeds office moved to Thorpe Park in 2012, the previous Leeds office was a Layton Blackham office and was acquired by Bluefin around 2010. The office moved to Thorpe Park and had around 25 staff, and subsequently grew to around 60. We currently have approximately 50 staff dealing with the old Bromley book of business – home and motor under our “50Plus” brand, and a Boiler warranty scheme under our “Boilerplus” brand, and the Leeds business including a bespoke Childminders scheme. In 2018, we moved to a new office in the centre of Leeds.
