The response was very quick, Jelf discovered that we were significantly under-insured, with our estimated Gross Profit being far lower than what we were achieving. We’d received no help or advice from our previous broker. We hadn’t even had so much as a follow up telephone call. Had we suffered a claim at any time there is no way we would’ve been properly compensated in order to continue trading. Our business is now properly insured, we know we can count on Jelf if anything goes wrong and that makes us feel secure.
