During a time of merger activity sometimes finding a new benefits platform provider can be one of those tasks that causes you real headaches, this was not so with the Jelf team. Gary and Dan immediately put our minds at ease, and reassured us our extremely short lead times weren’t a problem.

They set work, creating a detailed project plan at very short notice and met every deadline promised. The team and product were flexible enough for us to create something that looked and felt bespoke, but that cut down on the implementation time, we only had 8 weeks and the team moved mountains.  Working with the Jelf team, it was obvious from the start that they understood the needs of the business and their knowledge helped us figure out solutions, even when we weren’t sure ourselves how to fit our benefits into a system. Their guidance was invaluable.

During implementation they scheduled in weekly calls, so we could hit the deadlines, and keep communications wide open. They gave us regular progress updates and everything we agreed was kept on record, in case we wanted to refer back to it.  Gary was always professional and patient on the calls, helping us navigate a new project with ease. The team always responded to emails and requests, and managed expectations really well. Any last minute ‘panics’ and glitches have been resolved, and the solution we launched to our users was fantastic. Our employees needed virtually no support in using the tool as it is so user friendly and easy to navigate, just what you need from a system like this.
