With Coronavirus ‘Stay Home, Save Lives’ regulations in full swing, many people are turning to the Internet for activities they would normally do out of the house.

A ‘shut down’ - such as the one we’re experiencing now - can have a big impact on your mental health. When you're not lead by your daily routine, getting lots of fresh air, and regularly seeing your friends and family; it's easy to feel isolated and alone. Those feelings can in turn lead to lowered moods, depression, and anxiety, which means it is more important now than ever before to put self-care and your mental wellbeing as a priority.

A great, proven way to boost your mood and relieve stress is exercise1. Getting your body moving and shaking can make a big difference to how you feel about your day! This is especially important if you have children at home – regular exercise can help improve concentration, focus, and problem solving abilities for children2. And with gyms, fitness classes, and many parks closed, more and more people are turning to the Internet for guidance.
